The IMARK Insight Viewer is a web-based solution. Its responsive programming allows you to access it from all your devices. The results are available live and are stored GDPR-compliant on a server in Austria.

We adapt each dashboard to the client’s corporate design. Dashboard access is provided via a URL, which can include a company reference if desired.

The sophisticated filter function allows you to narrow down results and analyses by time periods and subgroups. Up to two filter criteria are possible for creating subgroups, and their characteristics can be individually combined.

In the IMARK Insight Viewer, you can view your KPIs, such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS^©), over time. Tracking your KPIs across multiple periods enables a quick response to changes.

The IMARK Insight Viewer offers a clear presentation of results. For your PowerPoint presentations, graphics can be easily exported as .png, .jpg, or .pdf. You can also export the data underlying the graphics as .csv or .xlsx.

With the benchmarking function, departments can compare themselves with the company’s average values or previous year’s values. This immediately shows how one’s own performance can be classified.

Incoming customer feedback or contact requests can be processed directly by a support employee and/or automatically forwarded to a desired email address. The feedback tool allows you to store the status of the request, the action taken, the date, and the name of the responsible employee.

Responses to open-ended questions are clearly displayed in tabular form. The IMARK Insight Viewer offers the option to filter these by subgroups. You can also search directly in the table for specific keywords.

The IMARK Insight Viewer offers the possibility to adapt the scope of displayed results to internal target groups using various licenses. For example, management can view all results with the corporate license. Individual departments can only be provided with the results relevant to them.
