Online Surveys

  1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in our online surveys is voluntary. By completing the questionnaire, you consent to the processing of your data within the scope of the survey.

  1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data is:
IMARK Market Intelligence GmbH & CoKG
Burggraben 6
A-6020 Innsbruck
Email: info@imark.at

  1. Purposes of Processing

The information you provide will be used exclusively for the purposes stated on the homepage or invitation page of the respective survey (e.g., customer satisfaction, market and opinion research, product development).
We create statistical evaluations from the collected data, which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual participants. The participant thus remains anonymous.
Should a survey not be conducted anonymously, we will explicitly indicate this on the survey’s homepage.

  1. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

  1. Data Collected

The following data may be processed within the scope of the online survey:

  1. a) Demographic information provided by you (anonymous or only indirectly attributable)

– Postal code
– Age
– Gender
– Education
– Occupation, etc.

This information serves purely statistical purposes and does not allow for your unambiguous personal identification.

  1. b) Automatically collected technical data

When accessing the survey page, certain information is automatically stored in some cases for technical reasons, for example:
– IP address
– Browser type and operating system
– Domain name
– Access time
– Pages accessed

This information is used exclusively to ensure technical operation, system security, and quality assurance of the evaluation. No personal attribution takes place.

  1. Prize Draw Participation (Optional)

At the end of the survey, there may be an opportunity to participate in a prize draw. Participation is voluntary and not tied to participation in the survey.

For participation in the prize draw, the following personal data will be requested separately:
– Name
– Email address

This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw (e.g., drawing winners, notification).
The prize draw data is stored strictly separately from the survey data, so that no association of your prize draw participation with your survey responses is possible. No linking occurs at any time.

The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

After the prize draw has concluded, the data collected for it will be deleted, unless legal retention obligations exist.

  1. Hosting and Data Security

The survey is operated exclusively on the servers of IMARK Market Intelligence GmbH & Co KG. Your data never leaves this infrastructure.
All systems are protected by technical and organizational measures and comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

  1. Data Disclosure

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
It will be used exclusively internally for the conduct and evaluation of the respective survey and – if applicable – for the processing of the prize draw.

  1. Storage Duration

Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the conduct and evaluation of the survey. Subsequently, it will be deleted or fully anonymized, unless legal retention periods prevent this.

Personal data collected within the scope of a prize draw will be deleted after the prize draw has concluded, unless legal retention obligations exist.

  • information about the data stored about you,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
