On our dashboard, the IMARK Insight Viewer, we integrate market research results and KPIs. Whether real-time data or selected results from ad-hoc studies, in the IMARK Insight Viewer the results are prepared in a user-specific, simple, and clear manner and can be made permanently available to the desired internal and external stakeholders.

KEY FEATURES

RESPONSIVE DESIGN
The IMARK Insight Viewer is a web-based solution. The responsive programming allows you to access it from all your devices. The results are available live and are stored on a server in Austria in compliance with DSGVO.

INDIVIDUAL BRANDING
We customize each dashboard to the client’s corporate design. The dashboard is accessed via a URL, which can have a company reference if desired, such as: www.COMPANY.imark.at.

FILTER FUNCTION
The sophisticated filter function allows results and analyses to be narrowed down to time periods and subgroups. To create the subgroups, up to two filter criteria are possible, the characteristics of which can be compiled individually.

TIME PERIODS
In the IMARK Insight Viewer, you can view your KPIs, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS©), over time. Tracking your KPIs over multiple periods allows you to react quickly to changes.

EXPORT FUNCTION
The IMARK Insight Viewer provides a clear presentation of results. For your PowerPoint presentations, the graphs can be easily exported as .png, .jpg, or .pdf. You can also export the data underlying the graphs as .csv or .xlsx.

BENCHMARKING
With the help of the benchmarking function, departments can compare themselves with the average values of the company or the previous year’s values. This enables an at-a-glance view of your own performance ranking.

FEEDBACK-TOOL
Incoming customer feedback or contact requests can be processed directly by a support employee and/or automatically forwarded to a desired e-mail address. In the feedback tool, the status of the request, the action taken, and the date and the name of the clerk can be stored.

OPEN ANSWERS
Responses to open-ended questions are clearly presented in tabular form. The IMARK Insight Viewer offers the possibility to filter them by subgroups. However, you can also search directly in the table for specific keywords.

CORPORATE LICENSE
The IMARK Insight Viewer enables the scope of the displayed results to be adapted to internal target groups by means of different licenses. Thus, the management can view all results with the company license. Individual departments can only be provided with the results relevant to them.
