Eisenbeiss GmbH, headquartered in Enns (Upper Austria), is a family business that has been developing, producing, and maintaining special gearboxes for demanding industrial applications for over 100 years. Eisenbeiss supplies, among others, the extrusion, steel, and aluminum industries, as well as power generation, with customized gearbox solutions and achieves an export share of approximately 98 percent, making the company one of the world’s leading providers in this segment.
In 2018, our collaboration began with the goal of developing a clear vision for each company division and for the entire company, outlining the direction for the coming years and the resulting implications for internal capabilities, processes, and market presence.
Our Role
Strategic Partner for Growth and Innovation
Our role is that of a sparring partner for the board, management, and solution leads – from strategic alignment and decision-making processes to operational implementation.
Strategy Development
- Establishment of a company-wide strategy process
- Annual reviews of strategic work
- Implementation of a Scrum system for the execution and management of strategic initiatives

- Support for a project to identify new business areas
- Structured search for new solutions, new customers for existing solutions, and systematic evaluation of success potential
